Christopher S. Baraket, 46, of Catasuaqua, died suddenly March 18, 2016. He was the husband of Jessica S. M. Kroope for 10 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of Edmund Baraket of Allentown and the late MaryAnn (Korpics) Baraket.

He was a Allentown Central Catholic High School graduate and attended Penn State University.

He owned and operated Baraket Concrete Construction. He was a deejay and also a producer for B104, Star 104.5 and AC102.7.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a daughter, Ava; a brother, Joseph and his wife Jessica Baraket of New Port Richie, Fla.; and two sisters, Melissa and her husband Jon Hajducko of Allentown and Susan and her husband Frank Donchez of Kutztown.
