James R. Stoudt, 62, of Alburtis, died March 11, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Herman J. Stoudt, Sr. and Ruth (Pyle) Stoudt.
He was a woodworker in furniture manufacturing.
He was a coach for Longswamp Athletic Association.
He was a member of the Hereford Gun Club, Alburtis Gun Club and Nimrod Fish and Wildlife Association, Inc.
He is survived by his mother; son, Joshua J. and his fiance Cynthia DaPra, of Jeffersonville, Vt.; daughter, Jennifer J., of Alburtis; sisters, Edna and her husband William Schlott, of Schnecksville, Sandra and her husband Kenneth Stufflet, of Allentown, Carol and her husband Donald Bloch, of Washington, N.J. and Darlene and her husband Jeffrey Brosky; sister-in-law, Donna and her husband Lance Hill. He was predeceased by a brother Herman, Jr. and sister, Eileen Wiley.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. March 18 in Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5901 Kings Hwy. S., Old Zionsville, 18068. Calling hours will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. March 17 at the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus and 10 to 11 a.m. March 18 in the church.
