Bethlehem wrestlers: on the road to Hershey

The PIAA state wrestling championships will kick off this Thursday at the Giant Center in Hershey and run through Saturday night.

Bethlehem school’s will have 13 competitors taking part in the AAA championships, as Bethlehem Catholic’s Luke Karam, looks to cap off his senior season with his third state title.

Karam (126), along with teammate, Mike Labriola (170) and Liberty’s Andrew Gunning (HWT), enter this week’s final wrestling stage as top contenders to come away with gold medals in their weight classes.

Listed below are the representatives from each school, as well as the AAA wrestling schedule in Hershey for this week.

Bethlehem Catholic (9) – Zach Glenn (106), Luke Carty (120), Luke Karam (126), Joey Gould (132), Stephen Maloney (138), Cole Karam (152), Mike Labriola (170), Adam Soldridge (182) and Niko Camacho (HWT).

Liberty (3) – Luke Werner (113), KJ Fenstermacher (120) and Andrew Gunning (HWT).

Freedom (1) – Evan Callahan (220).
