Yolanda Hamer of Bethlehem, died March 2, 2016, at Westminster Village, Allentown. Born in Czechoslovakia, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Hower) Lieberman. She was the wife of the late Barry Hamer for 58 years.
She was an Auschwitz Holocaust survivor. She was an integral part of both the Lehigh Valley and New York communities.
She is survived two children, Sharon and her husband Ron Blaufarb of Hanover Township and Joseph and his wife Pam of Woodlands, Texas; a sister, Jean Weber of Los Angeles, Calif.; four grandchildren, Andrew and his wife Blaire Blaufarb, Allison and Rachel Blaufarb and David Hamer.
