Tyler A. Pavlinsky, 22, of Bath, died Feb. 22, 2016, at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network, Bethlehem.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Robert A. and Nadda N. (Azar) Pavlinsky of Bath.

He was a 2012 graduate of Northampton Area High School where he was a wrestler. He attended Lafayette College, Easton.

He was a laborer for Holencik Roofing Inc., Coplay. He was an actor in local TV commercials.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Sean J. Nehmeh of Bath; a sister, Jasmine A. Pavlinsky also of Bath; a maternal grandmother, Nahida Moussa of Beirut, Lebanon; four aunts, Houda Azar, Soraia Betrous, Debbie Mankos and Barbara Pavlinsky; and three uncles, Issam Azar, Alex Merhi and Joe Pavlinsky.

Contributions may be made to Lehigh Township Athletic Association or the Assumption Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church memorial fund, both c/o the funeral home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067.
