Glenn A. Deily, 64, of Northampton, died Feb. 27, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Barbara (Updegrove) Deily for 24 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Alfred H. and Laura (Phillips) Deily.

He was a 1969 graduate of Dieruff High School, Allentown, and attended Penn State University.

He was a laborer and draftsman for over 25 years with PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, Allentown, until he retired in 1990.

He was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Coplay.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, William H. Stout of Northampton; a brother, Christopher and his wife Mary of Lansdale; three nieces; and father-in-law, Ronald Updegrove of Northampton.

He was predeceased by a son, Michael D. Stout.
