Sally Gehringer, 49, and Brandi Cox, 21, both of the 100 block of North Second Street, Emmaus, were arrested for an alleged retail theft at CVS pharmacy, 702 Chestnut St., Dec. 31, 2015. Both were cited and released.

Sean A. Buckingham, 26, of the 500 block of Chestnut St., was arrested for an alleged domestic related assault and harassment Jan. 2. Buckingham was committed to Lehigh County Prison.

Eddie G. Morales, 25, of Allentown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in the 300 block of Main Street, Jan. 11.

Troy A. Lister, 45, of Norfolk, Va., was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and hit and run after driving into the Turkey Hill Minit Market building, 602 Chestnut St., Jan. 16. Lister was committed to Lehigh County Prison.

Holly Staines, 29, of Tamaqua, was arrested for criminal mischief and harassment after an alleged disturbance in the 500 block of Minor Street Jan. 16. Staines was committed to Lehigh County Prison.

A 15-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly fighting with another student at Emmaus High School Jan. 14.

A customer at the Emmaus Diner, 1418 Chestnut St., reported an iPhone was taken Jan. 16.

Six complainants reported a telephone scam in which the caller posed as an IRS official to try to elicit personal information Jan. 23.
