Edward J. Fudali, 92, of Whitehall, died Jan. 29, 2016, at St. Luke’s, Allentown. He was the husband of Doris (Bickleman) Fudali for 67 years.
He was a son of the late Aniela and Michael Fudali.
He was in the U.S. Army during World War II in the China-Burma-India Theatre and was awarded a Bronze Star.
He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.
He was a member of the American Legion and a member of the Golden Agers.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Cecilia and her husband Peter Lucas of Bethlehem; a son, Michael and his wife Fran of Southport, N.C.; two granddaughters, Stephanie and her husband Sam Hornstein of N.J. and Alyssa Fudali of S.C.; a grandson, Brian and his wife Lyndsey Lord of N.J.; two great-granddaughters, Abigail and Rebecca of N.J.; a brother, John Fudali of Syracuse, N.Y.; a sister, Mary Mack of Hancock, N.Y.; and nieces and nephews and their families.
He was predeceased by a brother, Al Fudali; and three sisters, Blanche Savitsky, Josephine Drapala and Helen Zukasky.
There will be a visitation beginning 9 a.m. in the church foyer, followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., both Feb. 4 at the church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, 18052.
Contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
