A 33-year-old Allentown male and employee of Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, removed money from a cash register at the store over a period of time and removed a cellphone valued at $600 3:45 p.m. Dec. 23, 2015.

An Emmaus woman was cited for retail theft after she attempted to remove $39.61 worth of food from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2 p.m. Jan. 5. A non-traffic citation was issued.

Dennis R.J. Kibler, 29, of Allentown, was arrested for retail theft after he allegedly attempted to remove a Blu-ray player valued at $99 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:41 a.m. Jan. 6. Kibler allegedly was stopped by store security personnel. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Joyce Eileen Primrose, 38, of Macungie and Merisa Lynne Primrose, 26, of Macungie, were taken to Lehigh County Central Booking after they allegedly paid for certain items but not others at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:58 p.m. Dec. 12, 2015.

Two people from Allentown were charged with summary retail theft after they allegedly removed $25 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:21 p.m. Jan. 2. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Reported at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered the store and removed merchandise and exited the store without paying for the items 7:42 p.m. Dec. 23, 2015. The unknown actor fled in a gold Saturn LS passenger car. Anyone with information about this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

A 40-year-old Allentown woman was cited for retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, after she failed to pay full price for items taken from the store 12:10 p.m. Dec. 29, 2015.

Christopher Andrew Steigerwalt, 19, no address given, was arrested for retail theft and other charges after he allegedly removed an air gun, a knife and two pizzas valued at $57.32 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:19 p.m. Dec. 11, 2015. Steigerwalt was charged with summary retail theft through District Court 31-3-02.

Reported by Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an actor removed $217.98 worth of merchandise about 4:25 p.m. Jan. 10.

Reported by a resident in the 2300 block of Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors attempted to bend metal fence poles Jan. 7.

Reported in the 4700 block of Somerset Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor struck the house with an orange causing a hole in a shutter 2:35 a.m. Dec. 24, 2015.

Reported in the 6900 block of Sunflower Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors dented a garage door and shattered a window at the residence between 9 and 10 p.m.

Reported in the 7000 block of Iron Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a mailbox then fled the area in a dark colored sport utility vehicle 3:17 a.m. Jan. 9. Anyone with information about this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported by a resident in the 2800 block of Springhaven Place, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor used the resident’s personal information to withdraw approximately $11,000 from his bank account between Dec. 1, 2015 and Jan. 7, 2016. The resident reported the identity theft to Wells Fargo Bank and the account was closed. The investigation continues.

Reported by a resident in the 1100 block of Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor opened a checking and savings account with Discover using the resident’s personal information 3 p.m. Dec. 25, 2015. The investigation continues.

Reported by a resident in the 2800 block of Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors transferred stolen phones onto the resident’s account to utilize her cellphone service Jan. 1. The investigation continues.

Reported in the 4400 block of South Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, a 29-year-old Allentown male was struck in the face with a closed fist after a verbal altercation with another male escalated into a physical altercation 9:11 a.m. Jan. 7.

Matthew Tosh, 26, of Lower Macungie Township, allegedly placed a 28-year-old female in a headlock during a verbal altercation 9:55 a.m. Dec. 26, 2015, in the 8800 block of Longswamp Road, Lower Macungie Township.

A 23-year-old female in the 2200 block of Dubonnet Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported to police she booked through a vendor October 2015 and was scammed because the event never took place. Police named the business as Luxury Lifestyle Events. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Theft

Reported in the area of Tolchester Landing Road and Belmont Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed one mailbox along Tolchester Landing Road and damaged six mailboxes in the vicinity of Belmont Drive between 12:01 and 11 a.m. Jan. 9.

Kelly Fulmer, 53, of Bethelehem, was charged with harassment after she allegedly slapped a 39-year-old male’s cellphone out of his hand, striking his hand in the process, while on Hamilton Boulevard at the Interstate 78 eastbound ramp, Lower Macungie Township, 10:56 a.m. Jan. 10. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
