Teresa A. (Pospischil) Roeder, 61, of Emmaus, died peacefully surrounded by loving family Dec. 29, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Donald R. Roeder for 44 years. She was the daughter of Myrle Tedor, of Emmaus and the late John Pospischil.

She graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1993 obtaining a bachelor of arts degree in business and later she earned her master’s in business administration at DeSales University in 2002. She began her career at Western Electric and continued 23 years. She then transferred to Boeing in 2005 working as a financial analyst.

She enjoyed spending time with her family at the beach house known as the “cottage.” She loved reading, relaxing on the beach and adventuring on boat rides.

She is survived by her husband; mother; daughter, Jessica Henry, of Alburtis; son, Michael and his wife Julie, of Schnecksville; grandchildren, Zachary, Ava and Sawyer; brothers, John Pospischil and his wife Ann, of Emmaus and David Pospischil, of Allentown. She was predeceased by son-in-law, Christopher Henry.
