Stephen Andrew Meszaros, 86, of Macungie, died Jan. 10, 2016. He was the loving husband of Eva (Lower) Meszaros, with whom he shared over 25 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Steven and Vilma (Krecji) Meszaros.

After graduating from Liberty High School, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was always on the cutting edge of technology from TV to computers and completed his career at Bethlehem Steel Corp. in 1990 as an industrial technologist.

He was an active member of the United Church of God, Hellertown.

He is survived by his wife; nephew, George Grund, of Arizona; niece, Linda Sandt, of Florida; stepchildren, Ronald Sallada, of Florida, Richard Soellner, of Bath, Roseanne Trach, of Laury’s Station and Rodney Soellner, of Alburtis; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by sisters, Mary Posh and Irene Lux.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Jan. 14 in the Long Funeral Home, Inc., 500 Linden St., Bethlehem, 18018, where friends may call 12:30 p.m. until time of services.
