Lynnie Godfrey signs copies of her book, “Sharing Lessons Learned While Seeking the Spotlight” (Blue Heron Book Works, LLC), noon - 2 p.m. Jan. 19, Moravian Book Shop, Suite 106, Two City Center, 645 W. Hamilton St., Allentown.

Godfrey is an award-winning actress, singer, dancer, producer and director. She shares her 30-plus-year journey in show business on Broadway and Hollywood, among other stages, and shares the lessons she learned along the way.

Besides her recent cabaret performances, and Jan. 23 full-stage orchestra performance with the Allentown Symphony Pops in Miller Symphony Hall, Allentown, Godfrey has produced and directed the staged readings of two original plays at SteelStacks, Bethlehem. She is producing and directing another play, a musical, in March at ArtsQuest.
