Dorothy A. Schroy, 84, formerly of Emmaus, died Jan. 6, 2016, in Muhlenberg Hospital. She was the wife of the late Lloyd S. Schroy. Born in Camp Hill, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred P. and P. Adelaide (Stewart) Jennings.

She received her nursing degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College and worked as an L.P.N. at various hospitals and nursing facilities in Pennsylvania and Florida.

She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Allentown.

She is survived by a daughter, Donna Timms, of Bethlehem, wife of the late Brian Timms; sons, Gary Landis and his wife Susan, of Coopersburg, Terry Landis and his wife Vicki, of Danielsville; grandson, Blake Landis, of Danielsville; sister, Thelma Richards, of Ambler.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 13, at Salem United Methodist Church, 1401 W. Linden St., Allentown. Arrangements were made by the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
