Dorothy Stettler, 97, formerly of Northampton, died Dec. 2, 2015, at the Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Clarence J. Stettler.

Born in Ora, Ind., she was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Binder) Medland.

She was the receptionist for Stettler’s Roofing, the family roofing business, for 40 years.

She was member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Northampton, where she taught Sunday School for many years.

She was a life member of the Northampton T.P.A. She was a member of the Friendly Fifties and the AARP group, both of Northampton.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn and her husband Ronald Milisits of New Tripoli; two sons, Donald R. of Newark, Del., and Charles D. of Allen Township; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
