Gloria P. Williams, 92, died Nov. 13, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, She was the wife of the late Jack Williams who died in 2013. They were married 67 years. Born in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Raymond A. and Esther M. (Bailey) Shupp.
After graduating from Stephen S. Palmer High School, she moved to Washington, D.C., to work at the Pentagon during World War II. She married and moved to Texas with her husband who was stationed at Ellington Field. Upon his discharge, they moved back to Palmerton prior to purchasing a home in Parkway Manor, Allentown, where they were charter members of Nativity Lutheran Church.
The family later moved to Emmaus where she was active in the Newcomers Club and was a choral member of the Sweet Adelines.
She was employed as a clerical administrator.
She is survived by a son, Lee and his wife, Lori, of South Whitehall Township; daughter, Sandra and her husband Peter Weismantle, of Oak Park, Ill.; grandchildren, Jaclyn and Gregory William, Douglas, Kirsten and Katrine Weismantle. She was predeceased by a son, Richard.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements were made by the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
