Jessica M. Oswald, 26, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence at Sixth and Chestnut streets Nov. 1. Oswald was processed and released at the Lehigh County DUI Center.
Annabelle Torres- Vazquez, 45, of Whitehall, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence at State Avenue and Harrison Street Nov. 9. Torres-Vazquez was processed and released at the Lehigh County DUI Center.
Dennis L. Hayes, 40, of Macungie, was cited for harassment after he allegedly pushed two women for distributing fliers in the 500 block of Ridge Street Oct. 29.
Brandon K. Buck, 24, of Danielsville, was cited for harassment after he allegedly threatened an individual in the 700 block of Broad Street Nov. 5.
Heather Belles, 56, of Orefield, was cited for alleged harassment of an individual in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Nov. 11.
Alex Erb, 27, of Emmaus, was cited for criminal mischief after he allegedly was found painting graffiti in the 300 block of Furnace Street Nov. 7.
The roof of a convertible vehicle was cut while parked in the 400 block of South Seventh Street Nov. 1.
Tires of 15 vehicles were slashed in the 100 block of South Sixth Street and the 300-500 blocks of Minor Street Nov. 7.
The rear window of a vehicle was smashed while parked in the 100 block of Main Street Nov. 5.
Richard D. Roberts, 51, of Allentown, was cited for allegedly trespassing at Lehigh County Housing Authority property at 633 Broad St. Nov. 1.

Reported by a resident of North Third Street Nov. 5, individuals used his identity to purchase cellphones in Melbourne, Fla. Authorities in Florida have made an arrest.
