Marjorie A. Phifer, 84, formerly of Emmaus, died Oct. 14, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Richard K. “Dick” Phifer. She was a homemaker. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Beatrice (Odenheimer) Hausman.

She enjoyed painting and loved to do needlepoint.

She is survived by sons, Thomas, of Schnecksville and Richard and his wife Lisa, of Wilmington, Del.; grandchildren, Marie and her husband Steve Gordon, of Breinigsville, Thomas, of Greenville, S.C., Richard and Ryan, both of Wilmington, Del.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, Allentown.
