Charlene (Wieder) Vavrina, 69, of Berryville, Va., died at home surrounded by her loved ones Sept. 25, 2015. Born in Wescosville, she was the daughter of Jane (Wieder) Warmkessel and the late Allen Wieder.

She was a cheerleader and 1964 graduate of Emmaus High School.

She was the wife of the late Larry (Sharpie) Hillegas, a 1962 graduate of Emmaus High School who died in 1969. They were married three years.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister Victoria, nieces Nicole, Sarah and Sharon; beloved nieces Anna, Katharine and nephew, Michael; great-nephews, Jay Jay, Colton, Wesley and Aunt Connie Dries. She was predeceased by a sister, Sharon and brother Jason.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Nov. 7 at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 3461 Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus.
