Michael J. Kamonka, 71, of Walnutport, died Oct. 15, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg campus, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Joanne M. (Schwartz) Kamonka for 45 years.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Stephen and Marie (Mutz) Kamonka.
He was a laborer with Local 1174 for 50 years until he retired in 2006.
He was a member of Zion Stone United Church of Christ, Kreidersville.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, John of Vero Beach, Fla., and Stephen of Walnutport; a daughter, Jyneal and her husband Michael R. Green of Kunkletown; a sister, Sandra Fischer of Cape Coral, Fla.; four grandchildren, Brent, Collin, Gavin and Sage Marie; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Walter.
There will be a calling hour 10-11 a.m., followed by service at 11 a.m., both Oct. 24 at the church, 51 Church Road, Kreidersville.
