John “Jack” D. Svrcek, 67, of Emmaus, died Oct. 14, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Martha (Feichtel) Svrcek. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Damian and Mildred (Sweigert) Svrcek.

He was the owner of the former Jack Svrcek Tile, Emmaus.

He is survived by his wife; daughters, Jacqueline, of Allentown and Madeline, of Emmaus; siblings, Stephanie Cressman, Joann Lipman, Rebecca and her husband Steven; granddogs, Luna and Zeus. He was predeceased by a brother, Damian.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
