LeeAnn D. Osman, 65, of Emmaus, died Oct. 1, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Ruth A. (Keinert) Martucci, of Macungie and the late George T. Martucci.

She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, the VFW, American Legion and the Moose.

She is survived by her mother; daughter, Michelle and her husband Jake Fischer; twin sister, Diane M. and her husband Louis Lymych; niece, Tracy Rauch.

Contributions may be made to a charity of choice in her memory.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Oct. 7 in Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
