Hermina J. (Kornfeind) Stoisits

Hermina J. (Kornfeind) Stoisits, 95, of Northampton, died Sept. 26, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Rudolph J. Stoisits. Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Louis F. Sr. and Mary (Walter) Kornfeind.

She and her late husband owned and operated the former Rudy’s Market, Northampton, for 36 years until they retired in 1986.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton, and was a member of the former Altar and Rosary Society and of the women’s guild.

She was a member of the former St. Joseph’s Sick and Beneficial Society, Northampton.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann and her husband Bernard Csensits and Jean M. and her husband Jack Druckenmiller, all of Northampton; a son, Richard L. with whom she resided; two grandchildren, Jill and Jason; two sisters, Mary Kelchner of Whitehall and Ann and her husband George Paluda of Northampton; four brothers, Louis F. Jr. and Edward and his wife Jennie, all of Northampton, Joseph and his wife Mary of Coplay and John and his wife Shirley of Beverly Hills, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Frank and Stephen.
