Elaine C. Faul, 84, of Macungie, died Oct. 4, 2015, in her residence. She was the wife of the late Herman H. Faul Jr. Born in Souderton, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Cora (Yeakel) Cassel.

She worked as a sales associate for BonTon and as a secretary for the former John Gould Store.

She was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit and volunteered at Lehigh Valley Hospital for more than 20 years.

She is survived by sons, Corey A. and his wife Nora, of Hudson, Ohio, and Christopher J., of Emmaus; daughter, Cathy E., of Allentown; grandchildren, Jason Zacharda, Tori and her husband Chris Simmons, Elizabeth and her husband Wes Goldstein, Michael and his wife Stephanie, Steven and his fiance Taylor and Susan; step-granddaughter, Stephanie Schwab; great-grandchildren, Zach, Kaden, Ella, Benjamin and Nicholas.

Contributions may be made to the church.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Oct. 10, at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 3461 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus, 18049. A viewing will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
