Etoile G. Bartholomew, 94, of Fullerton, died Aug. 31, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus. She was the wife of the late Franklin J. Bartholomew for 61 years.
Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Petrie) Cooms.
She was a 1938 graduate of Whitehall High School. She was a bookkeeper, the position from which she retired.
She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall.
She is survived by a daughter, Deborah J. and her husband Vello P. Vilbas Sr.; three grandchildren, Vello P. Jr. and his wife Brooke, Matthew and his wife Jessica and Timothy; three great-grandchildren, Alex, Faith and Emma; a sister, Pearl and her husband Paul Hirschel of Whitehall; and nieces and nephews and their families.
She was predeceased by a sister, Lorraine Clauser, and two brothers, Alexander and David Coombs.
