John A. Lindahl, 69, of Whitehall, died Aug. 15, 2015, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice, Allentown. He was the husband of Rhonda E. (Hamm) Lindahl for 41 years.
Born in Lansdale, he was a son of the late Carl A. and Sylvia (Gill) Lindahl.
He was a 1964 graduate of North Penn High School, Lansdale.
He was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was a truck dispatcher for Brentagg Northeast, Reading, for 30 years until he retired in 2011.
He was a member of Jacobs Church, New Tripoli.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Matthew C. and his wife Marie Elaina of Emmaus; a sister, Carole L. and her husband Charles Hallman of Pottstown; two grandchildren, Evan and Olivia Lindahl; and his mother-in-law, Marion F. (Reitz) Hamm of Germansville.
