Frank A. Hafner, 78, of North Coplay, died July 12, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. Born in Coplay, he was a son of the late Frank C. and Theresa M. Hafner.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

He was a layout operator for the former Lucent Technologies, Allentown, for 42 years.

He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay.

He was a member of the Lions Club, the Saengerbund, the American Club and the American Legion Post 426, all of Coplay.

He is survived by two daughters, Corinne and her husband Rick Mortimer of Whitehall and Brenda and her husband Jay Anthony of Coplay; two sons, Craig and his wife Cheryl of North Carolina and Jeffrey of Yardley; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ann Marie and her husband Glenn Becker of Coplay.

He was predeceased by a sister, Teresa Lacy.
