Earl F.H. Santee Jr., 76, of Palmerton, died July 11, 2015, at ManorCare Health Services, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Harriet M. (Clewell) Santee for 58 years.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Earl F.H. Sr. and Lillian (Breaker) Santee.
He was a self-employeed truck driver for 50 years until he retired in 1999.
A motorcyclist, he volunteered for the Geisinger Miracle Ride. He was considered by many as honorary supervisor of the Berlinsville Texaco.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Diane and her husband Donald Kuhns of Palmerton, Donna Caldwell of Lehighton and Denise and her husband Scott Mill of Emmaus; a son, Brian "Chez" and his wife Sue of Little Gap; six grandchildren, Shawn, Chris, Kris, Eric, Matthew and Zoey; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; Leonard and his wife Karen of Allentown; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Scott Caldwell; and a brother, Elwood.
