Darren P. Polgardy, 56, of Laurys Station, died July 12, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Donna K. (Rabuck) Polgardy for 28 years.

Born in Warren, N.J., he was a son of Paul and Lois G. (Hahn) Polgardy of Bethlehem.

He was an insurance underwriter for Miravast Company, Flourtown. He worked in the same capacity previously for AIG Corporation, Philadelphia, for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is surved by two daughters, Abigail L. and her husband Dylan Fenton of Philadelphia and Rachel A. Polgardy of Laurys Station; a granddaughter, Frances; a sister, Paula and her husband Richard Kumpf of Mendham, N.J.; a niece, Michelle; and a nephew, John.
