Stephen Buhay, 92, formerly of Orefield, died June 28, 2015, in Above and Beyond Senior Living. He was the husband of the late Amerlia (Romanchuk) Buhay.

Born in Pennsville, he was a son of the late Wasyl and Paranka (Babiak) Buhay.

He was in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was an engineering clerk for Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown. He worked previously at City Blue Print, Allentown.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

He was a life member of both the Guthsville and Ranger rod and gun clubs.

He is survived by two daughters, Darleen Malkames of Washington, D.C., and Debra P. Hockenberry of Orefield; two grandchildren, Kurt Malkames and Ingrid Hockenberry and a brother, Walter of Boston.
