Penn State Extension is offering a workshop, "Making Sense of Natural Gas Pipelines and Right-of-Way Agreements" 6:30-8:30 p.m. June 10 at Penn State Lehigh Valley, 2809 Saucon Valley Road, Room 135, Center Valley.
Speakers include Dave Messersmith from Penn State Extension, and Carl J. Engleman Jr., Esq.
The presenters will discuss pipeline construction, landowner considerations, surface and landscape impacts, right-of-way agreements, understanding the eminent domain process, valuation of ROW and more.
This program is fitting for landowners affected directly by proposed pipelines.
