Kathy A. Smith, 61, of Whitehall, died May 11, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Harold R. and June A. (Sokol) Smith of Whitehall.

She was a 1972 Whitehall High School graduate and a 1979 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.

She was a pharmacist at Bechtol's Pharmacy, Slatington; Hartzell's Pharmacy, Catasauqua; and the former Hilbert's Pharmacy and Gifts, Whitehall, where she worked for many years.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hecktown.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Elaine A. and her husband Dean C. Fink of Whitehall and Caroline A. and her husband Bernard F. Nauroth of Allentown; two nieces, Alyssa L. Fink and Megan M. Nauroth; aunts; uncles; and cousins and families.
