Raymond O. Quelch

Raymond O. Quelch, 82, of Emmaus, died May 26, 2015, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Delores E. (Yocum) Christman. Born in Wanamassa, N.J., he was the son of the late Walter I. and Muriel A. (Bennett) Quelch.

He was a former member of St. Matthew's Evangelical Congregational Church, Emmaus, where he sang in the church choir and the Lighthouse Quartet.

He was a Navy Veteran serving during the Korean War and graduated from Embry Riddle School of Aviation.

He was an aircraft mechanic by trade, last working for American Aviation. He was talented with his hands and was willing and able to fix anything for anyone.

He is survived by his wife; daughter Cheryl and her husband Russell Davidson, of Allentown; four grandchildren and their spouses; one great-grandson; sister, Jeanne Roland; Delores' children, Rev. Timothy F. Christman, Rev. Joel R. Christman and Debbie Collins and their families.

Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik and Reinsmith Funeral Home Emmaus.
