Rosalie Hammel, 95, of Whitehall, died peacefully May 2, 2015, in her home with her daughter and son-in-law, at her side. She was the wife of the late Stephen E. Hammel who died in 2012.

She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Amelia Reinhardt.

She was a seamstress and worked at Phoenix Clothes for many years.

She loved gardening, golf and bowling, continuing to bowl in the Senior League every Wednesday at Jordan Bowling Lanes. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed baking.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda and her husband Dennis Rauch of Allentown; grandson, Justin of Breinigsville; brother, Emile Reinhardt in Germany; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers, Herbert, Edward, Robert; sister, Lidia, all of Germany.
