Ronald J. Dutko, 64, of Alburtis, died May 11, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late George and Mary Dutko.

He was in the U.S. Army serving in Germany.

He was a steelworker at Bethlehem Fabricators and American Aluminum and Steel Company.

He enjoyed playing cards, going for walks, watching sports and taking his granddaughters fishing.

He is survived by a daughter, Karen B. Velas, of Alburtis; granddaughters, Alyssa and Jenna; brother, Stephen and his wife Diane, of Wilmington, Del. He was predeceased by brothers, George, Richard and Charlie.

Contributions may be made to a charity of choice.

Services will be 10 a.m. May 20 in the Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road, Breinigsville, 18031. A calling hour will be held 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
