Weisenberg Elementary students were recently treated to a visit by meLVin, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms hockey team mascot.

MeLVin spoke with students regarding the standards of GOAL: "Get Out And Live."

With the assistance of Meghan Weber and Dan Fremuth, of Phantoms public relations, meLVin focused on the five main areas of GOAL: smart start (eating a healthy breakfast), 60-minute power play (exercise for 60 minutes each day), the clear choice (choosing water over soda), strive for five (have five food colors on the plate), and cap the screen time (limit the use of television and video games).
