Edmund E. "Bud" Radcliffe, 83, of Macun-gie, died April 22, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Annette A. (Schlegel) Radcliffe, to whom he would have been married 35 years this May. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Edmund E. and Freda (Cochran) Radcliffe.
Before retiring in the mid 1990s, he was the owner of a Thomas' English Muffin franchise for 23 years and prior a Pepperidge Farm route. For over 15 years he was a bartender for the Wedgewood Golf Course, where he could also partake in his love of golf.
He enjoyed the game of bowling throughout the area including the Fearless Fire Co. and East Allentown clubs. Most of all, he always had a joke to tell.
He is survived by his wife; sons, Richard T. and his wife Judy, of Washington, Lancaster County, Daniel B. and his wife Jackie, of Sissonville, W.Va.; stepsons, Charles Berke and his wife Annette and Martin Berke and his wife Barbara, all of Allentown; brother Fred F., husband of the late Rosemarie, of Macungie, Tom T. and his wife Pat, of Lansdale; two granddaughters, Lauren and Ashley; three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald.
Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
