Doris J. Pielaet, 71, of Laurys Station, died April 16, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Franklin E. Pielaet for 50 years.

Born in Bedford, Va., she was a daughter of the late Glen and Ethel (Craig) Holdren.

She was a secretary for the TriDim Dilter Company, Allentown, for 18 years until she retired last year.

She was of the Baptist denomination.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sara Packer of Abington Heights and Melissa and her husband Nicholas Kulesza of Helena, Mont.; a son, Jason and his wife Sara of Rochester, N.Y..; six grandchildren; three sisters, Victoria and her husband Danny Wilder of Wisconsin and Elizabeth Holdren and Charolette Bryant, both of Bedford, Va.; two brothers, Edward and his wife Nida of California and Douglas and his wife Judy of Bedford, Va.; nieces; and nephews.
