Charles E. Bye, 53, of Whitehall, died April 10, 2015, at the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Suzanne M. (Kizelowicz) Bye for 24 years.

Born in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Charles H. Bye and of Ruth Ann (Touhill) Bye of Duquesne.

He was a building manager for TEC Center, Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Samanth and her fiance Ryan Almond of Lansdale; a son, Charles E. Jr. of Whitehall; a sister, Patricia Bye of Pittsburgh; a brother, Mark Sr. and his wife Angels of Pittsburgh; a niece, Amber Blocher; and two nephews, Mark Jr. and Jason Thomas Blocher.
