The Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association is hosting a "State of Lehigh County" presentation 7:30-9:30 p.m. on April 21, at Fire Company No. 1, Sixth and Broad streets Emmaus.

Lehigh County Commissioners Amanda Holt, Vic Mazziotti, Brad Osborne and Mike Schware will be the featured presenters.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available.

The commissioners are expected to discuss capital projects and the 2016 budget proposal.
