Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association will host a "State of Lehigh County" presentation 7:30-9:30 p.m. on April 21, at Fire Company No. 1, Sixth and Broad streets Emmaus.

Lehigh County Commissioners Amanda Holt, Vic Mazziotti, Brad Osborne and Mike Schware be the featured presenters .

The meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available.

The commissioners are expected to discuss capital projects and the 2016 budget proposal.
