School is in full session today, April 2.

Also, the original May 4 Teacher Professional Development Day will be a school day for students.

The last day of school for students will now be on Thursday, June 18.

Seniors will still graduate on Friday, June 12.

Professional development days for teachers will be June 19, June 22 and June 23.

If there are any additional school days that need to be made up, they will also be added to the end of the year.

Schools will be closed Friday through Monday, April 3-6 for spring break. Students will return to school Tuesday, April 7.

The third marking period will end April 8.

Report cards will be distributed April 20.

Spring pictures will be taken at Steckel Elementary School Friday, April 10.

All students will have their photos taken, but purchase is optional.

The Whitehall High School Theatre will present "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying!"

Reserve your seats today by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to Whitehall High School Theatre, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, Whitehall, PA 18052. Show dates are April 9-11 at 7:30 p.m. and April 12 at 2 p.m.

The price of adult seats is $12. Senior and student tickets are $8. There is also a dinner theater option available April 11 at 6 p.m. The price includes a catered dinner and prime seating for the show. Adult tickets are $29. Senior and student tickets are $25.
