The youth at Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Fourth and Pine streets, will hold an Easter egg hunt this Saturday at 1 p.m.

The event will be held rain or shine and is free for ages 1 to 6.

An adult must stay with the child.

The event is part of the youth program's 30-hour famine activities.

The Catasauqua Club, 226 Pine St., will host a chicken dinner bingo Saturday, April 11.

The doors open at 4 p.m., and bingo starts at 5 p.m.

The price includes dinner and 15 games of bingo. There will also be a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle.

The Catasauqua Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., will hold a bag sale Monday, April 6 through Saturday, April 11 on all items unless otherwise marked.

The thrift shop is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Proceeds from the shop are returned to the community through contributions that support youth and adult programs and services.

The thrift shop will be closed the week of April 13 when it changes from spring to summer clothing.
