Paul M. Fenstermaker, 82, of Macungie, died March 26, 2015, at the VNA Hospice House, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of the late Jeanette (Kerschner) Fenstermaker. They were married for 51 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Paul J. and Edna M. (Frey) Fenstermaker.
He served as a police officer for the City of Allentown from 1958 to 1965, and later served in various districts throughout the Commonwealth as a supervisor of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board from 1965 to 1991.
He was a chief warrant officer (W4) retired Navy from 1945-1991. His passion was anything involving Navy or World War II.
He is survived by daughters, Paulette, wife of James Gerhard, of Macungie, Bonnie Braglia, of Corpus Christi, Texas; seven grandchildren, Robert, Brian, Nicholas, Christopher, Michael, Jared, Arielle; two great-grandchildren, Gray and Milo; companion, Sally Zelker, with whom he resided and beloved dogs Henry and Tater.
Arrangements were made by the Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
