Richard F. Gehringer, 85, of Allentown, died Feb. 22, 2015, at Cedarbrook County Home, Allentown. He was the husband of Jacqueline Irene (Baskin) Gehringer for 38 years.
Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of Francis A. and the late Perma A. (Kahler) Gehringer.
He was a U.S. Army sergeant during the Korean War.
He was a driver and manufacturer with Cameron Supply for many years until he retired.
He was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Lori Gehringer-Loccarini and her husband Terry, Linda St. Hilaire, and Sandra and her husband Larry Kirk; a sister, Patricia Seibert; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Rosemarie C. Wolf and Marilyn M. Miller.
