June K. Searfoss, 89, "Forever 39," died March 12, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late George R. Searfoss, Jr., who died May 6, 1998. Born in East Mauch Chunk, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Kelby) Weaver.

She was a member of The Church of the Mediator, Allentown, where she taught Sunday school for many years.

She was a cook in the Salisbury Middle School for 22 years, retiring as head cook in 1988.

She enjoyed bowling, having been a former member of the Parkway Ladies League and the Owls in Emmaus. She served as a den mother for Cub Scouts, Pack 38 for several years. She loved college basketball and Phillies baseball.

She is survived by a son, Ronald C. and his wife Jean, and their children, Heather and her husband Jared Haas, Brandon and his wife Milly, and Cameron (U.S. Army, stationed in Germany); son, Gregory and his wife Sharon, and their son, David; sister, Carolyn Bunso; brother, Mike Weaver; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Julie R., in 1997, and brother, Joe Weaver.
