Jerome D. Nichols, 42, of Catasauqua, died Feb. 23, 2015.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Joyce (Kareyva) Nichols.

He was a 1992 Catasauqua High School graduate.

He was in the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his mother, her is survived by a sister; a brother; and extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend their prayers to the families who have been impacted by the events leading up to his death.
