Stanley Lawrence "Butch" Trout, Jr., 68, of Macungie, died March 11, 2015, in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the long-time partner of Eileen Weston of Macungie. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Stanley Lawrence, Sr. and Edna Mae (Fairchild) Trout.

He was a 1964 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He also served with the honor guard at The United States Military Academy at West Point.

He was employed as a truck driver with Eastern Industries, Wescosville for 43 years, retiring in 2013. He was a member of the Teamsters.

He enjoyed spending time at his cabin, Dutchman's Hunting Camp, hunting and fishing and loved taking trips.

He is survived by his partner; daughter, Stefanie L. and and her husband Carl A. Doaty, Jr., of Robeson Township; sister, Jeanne L. and her husband William P. Sandel, of Laureldale; brother, Robert W. and his wife Elaine P., of Temple; four grandchildren, Alexander M. Dierolf, Riley W. Dierolf, Noah A. Doaty and Emily A. Doaty.
