Helen D. (Hoffman) Conrad, 102, a resident of The Phoebe Home, Allentown, formerly of Breinigsville and Emmaus, died March 10, 2015, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, where she was a patient for one day. She was the wife of the late Ernest D. Conrad, who died May 28, 2004. They were married for 73 years. Born in Alburtis, she was a daughter of the late Michael M. and Stella M. (Hersh) Hoffman.
She was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by daughters, Joyce D., wife of the late Dale A. Diehl, Joan R. and her husband Carl P. Heffner, both of Allentown, Nancy F. and her husband Charles C. Hoffman, of Wescosville; four grandchildren, Ernest D. Diehl, Kelly J. Heffner, Cheryl A. Gross and Tracy L. Hoffman; five great-grandchildren, Sara A. Marsh, Justin D. Gross, Courtney T. Gross, Annie Bostick and Emily Bostick; special niece, Betty J. Bauer, of Macungie. She was predeceased by a grandson, Jeffrey C. Heffner.
