Brittani M. Cornish, 18, of Allentown, died March 14, 2015, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of April M. (Cornish) Moyer and the late David P. Hoffner.

She is survived by her mother; siblings, Amanda E. Snyder, Harry W. Moyer, Jr., Ryan J. Moyer, Tyler M. Moyer, Stephani A. Moyer; niece, Ava L. Snyder; maternal grandparents, Richard and Ruth Cornish, of Emmaus; paternal grandparents, John and Cheryl Hoffney, of New Tripoli; cousin, Autumn; paternal great-grandparents, Richard and Thelma Seidel and Dorothy Folk.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. March 20 at St. John's U.C.C., 139 N. Fourth St., Emmaus. A calling hour will take place noon to 1 p.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Emmaus.
