Daniel J. Pavelko, 57, of Coplay, died March 3, 2015, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late George L. and Teresa M. (Seier) Pavelko Sr.

He was an employee of the Borough of Coplay for 30 years.

He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay.

He was a member of the Lehigh Valley Flying Club, Hanover Township.

He is survived by a son, Matthew J. of Barto; four brothers, James Schaffer of Baltimore,Md., Robert Schaffer of Slatington, Perry Schaffer of Coplay, and George Pavelko Jr. of Slatington; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Randolph Schaffer.
